In all of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! about these 2 cars going to the Techno Classica show, why does that thing look ready to rock, but it is sitting on a shopping cart?

It's not done - frame and structure aren't completed yet, but they're showcasing their workmanship.

They made a nice jig to use while they get the bodywork finished. Which looks great btw. A real "frame off resto".
